You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration information. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

One person per account. Sharing credentials is not allowed and will trigger automatic suspension.

• · No submitting applications to jobs you have no genuine interest in ("spray-and-pray")
• · No misrepresenting your identity, work history, or credentials
• · No abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content in profiles, messages, or applications
• · Respect each employer's application rules, rate limits, and terms

CareerOS uses AI to draft resumes, cover letters, and outreach. You are responsible for reviewing everything the AI produces before it is sent. You retain ownership of the outputs.

AI can make mistakes — including hallucinated facts. Never submit a document without a human review.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current period.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge. Enterprise contracts follow the terms in the signed Order Form.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You own the content you upload and the outputs the AI generates from it. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service.

We own the CareerOS software, brand, and aggregated analytics derived from de-identified usage.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for fraud, abuse, or legal violations. You can terminate any time by deleting your account.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will lead to interviews, offers, or specific career outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
